How does an enquiry become a confirmed order?
SLICKZ discusses your requirements personally and checks models, availability and technical feasibility. You then receive a free digital design preview and an individual quote. Physical samples are not offered.
An enquiry is not an order. A binding order arises only when the individual quote is accepted or SLICKZ issues an order confirmation. Production begins after both order confirmation and design approval. Before this stage, also record the quantity, sizes and delivery address clearly.
How much time should you allow?
For standard projects, typical guidance is 2–3 weeks within Germany and 2–4 weeks for delivery to other EU countries. Both timeframes begin after order confirmation and design approval. Allow additional time beforehand for advice and your internal discussions.
For a fixed event date, work backwards from the required arrival date and allow time for questions. The date and delivery charges in the individual quote are binding. SLICKZ delivers to all 27 EU member states; the actual delivery arrangements are agreed for each project.
