The price indication combines the base price of the shoe model with quantity-based personalisation. Applicable VAT and shipping may be added; only the individual quotation is binding.

A project can start from one pair. Model availability and technical feasibility are confirmed in the individual quotation; larger quantities are priced individually.

The usual process includes a no-obligation enquiry, a free mock-up and design approval, an individual quotation and order confirmation, production and personalisation, followed by dispatch. Standard projects within the EU are usually delivered around 2–4 weeks after confirmation and approval. For large quantities, complex designs or express requests, we confirm an individual timeframe in the quotation.

We deliver to all 27 member states of the European Union. An order is normally consolidated into one shipment to one delivery address. Split shipments or distribution to multiple addresses can be agreed in advance and are included in the individual calculation. Delivery outside the EU is not covered by this EU-wide delivery commitment and requires separate confirmation. There is no general flat shipping fee or automatic free-shipping threshold. Shipping costs are calculated individually according to the destination country, project scope and quantity, number and type of shipments, delivery addresses and any express service. The binding amount is shown separately in the individual quotation before an order is placed.
