SLICKZ personalises sneakers with your company logo and guides your project from model selection to delivery across the EU.

A short, no-obligation enquiry through our enquiry form or by email is enough. Together we agree the model, design, sizes and quantities. You then receive a free digital design preview and an individual quote. You do not need to have chosen a model or prepared a finished design to enquire. If you already have a specific idea, you can optionally prepare it in our configurator. An order becomes binding only when you accept our quote or we confirm your order, as applicable.

Before placing an order, you receive a free digital preview image showing the planned design of your sneakers, together with an individual quote. Production begins only after your design approval and our order confirmation. We do not offer physical samples.

Not automatically. Material, artwork, position, colours and size affect technical feasibility. SLICKZ confirms the appropriate implementation for each project.

You can use PNG, JPG or WebP files for the configurator preview. Other logo files can be sent to us by email. Please send the original file in high quality where possible. We check whether the resolution and artwork suit your intended design and contact you if we need a different file.

The sizes offered vary by model and colour variant. You can find an overview on the relevant product page. We check and confirm the availability of your requested sizes and quantities in your individual quote.

Yes, you can generally combine different sneaker models, colours and sizes in one order. We check your requested combination and its availability for your project. Quantity-based rates depend on the total number of pairs in the order. We confirm the applicable rate and total price in your individual quote.

The price combines the sneaker base price and quantity-based finishing costs. Additional customisation options may affect the price. Website prices are non-binding estimates, shown net of applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated for each project and listed separately. Your individual quote is binding.

Projects can start from one pair. We check the availability of your preferred sneaker model and the feasibility of your design for each enquiry. Larger total quantities qualify for the published quantity-based finishing rates.

For standard projects, production and delivery usually take 2–3 weeks within Germany and 2–4 weeks to other EU countries. This period starts after order confirmation and design approval. We confirm the binding delivery date and shipping costs in your individual quote. Large or complex projects may take longer.

Yes. SLICKZ delivers to all 27 EU Member States. Shipping costs and the exact lead time depend on the project and destination and are confirmed in the individual quotation.
