How do I start a project with SLICKZ?
A short, no-obligation enquiry through our enquiry form or by email is enough. You do not need to have chosen a model or prepared a finished design to enquire. If you already have a specific idea, you can optionally prepare it in our configurator. An order becomes binding only when you accept our quote or we confirm your order, as applicable.
Can a project really start from one pair?
Projects can start from one pair. We check the availability of your preferred sneaker model and the feasibility of your design for each enquiry.
How is the price calculated?
The price combines the sneaker base price and quantity-based finishing costs. Additional customisation options may affect the price. Website prices are non-binding estimates, shown net of applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated for each project and listed separately. Your individual quote is binding.
Will I receive a preview before production?
Before placing an order, you receive a free digital preview image showing the planned design of your sneakers, together with an individual quote. Production begins only after your design approval and our order confirmation. We do not offer physical samples.
How long does delivery take?
For standard projects, production and delivery usually take 2–3 weeks within Germany and 2–4 weeks to other EU countries. This period starts after order confirmation and design approval. Can every logo be applied to every model?
Not automatically. Material, artwork, position, colours and size affect technical feasibility. SLICKZ confirms the appropriate implementation for each project.
Does SLICKZ deliver throughout the EU?
Yes. SLICKZ delivers to all 27 EU Member States. Shipping costs and the exact lead time depend on the project and destination and are confirmed in the individual quotation.
